Coatmaster Atline

Coatmaster Atline is a device developed to measure the thickness of a coating immediately after application. The Coatmaster technology (ATO) is suitable for coating a variety of surfaces including metal, paper, rubber, ceramics, glass, plastic, and wood, and operates through a non-destructive process that doesn't require contact and doesn't emit dangerous emissions. The device helps to avoid rework and rejects, and is suitable for measuring complex-shaped parts. With its mobile measurement station feature, it can perform accurate measurements even with heated paint. Technical features include a fast measurement time, wide distance and tilt tolerance, the ability to measure on moving and jiggling parts, operation on all colors, and real-time data access via ERP and internet browser. The device measures 200 x 380 x 510 mm in dimensions and weighs 16 kg.
